当院での初診から診療の流れをご案内します。

- 当院は予約制です。
まずはお電話でご予約をお願いいたします。
予約は受付時間内にお願いします。（9:00 am ～ 12:00 pm / 2:30 pm ~ 4:30 pm）

- ご来院
- ご予約された時間の10分前までにご来院のうえ、受付にお申し出ください。
受付より初診問診表をお渡しいたしますので、待合室でご記入して受付へお渡しください。
もし、ご来院できなくなったり、遅れる場合はお電話にてご連絡ください。
※初診では健康保険証のご提示が必要です
- 初診の問診
- ご予約の時間になりましたら、スタッフが診療室へご案内いたします。
問診を行い、必要な場合はレントゲンを撮って診断いたします。
- 処置・治療のご提案
- 今後の治療方針について、期間やご予算を合わせて相談し、治療を開始いたします。
治療にかかる期間やご予算、通院回数は症状によって異なります。
- 治療の開始
- 治療計画に沿って治療を進めていきます。
- お会計・ご予約
- 受付にて、お会計と次回のご予約をお取りします。
お支払いは現金のみとなります。
- ２回目以降の来院・治療
- ご予約された時間の10分前までにご来院のうえ、受付に診察カードをご提示ください。
もしご来院できなくなったり、遅れる場合はお電話にてご連絡ください。
※月初めに健康保険証のご提示が必要です
- 治療終了・定期メンテナンス
- 治療が完了したら、次は定期メンテナンスのスタートです。
メンテナンスを継続することで、健康で美しい口腔内環境を保つことができます。

- Appointment
- Appointment is required.
Please make an appointment by phone.
Please make an appointment during reception hours. （9:00 am ～ 12:00 pm /2:30 pm ~ 4:30 pm）

- Visits
- Please arrive at the clinic 10 minutes before your appointment time and come to reception.
Please fill out initial dental questionnaire form and hand it to the receptionist.
If you cannot come to the clinic or you will be late, please contact us by phone.
*You must present your health insurance card at your first visit.
- First Dental Consultation
- When it is time for your appointment, our staff will guide you to the treatment room.
We will interview you first and take x-rays if necessary.
- Suggestion of Treatment
- We will start treatment after consulting with you about the future treatment policy, including the period and budget.
The treatment period, budget, and number of clinic visits depend on the symptoms.
- Start Treatment
- Treatment will proceed according to the treatment plan.
- Payment / Appointment
- When bill is ready, receptionist will call your name.
Please make payment and make next appointment.
We only accept cash.
- Following Visits and Treatments
- Please arrive at the clinic 10 minutes before your appointment time.
Present your appointment card at reception and wait in the waiting room.
*If you cannot come to the hospital or you will be late, please contact us by phone.
Show your insurance card at the beginning of the month.
- Completion of treatment / Regular maintenance
- When the treatment is completed, the next step is regular maintenance.
With regular maintenance, you can maintain a healthy and beautiful oral environment.
